At this time, all purchases from The Damn Good Mama Co. are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, change of mind, or preference. Please review all product descriptions and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us through our Contact Us page within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once reviewed, we will work with you to make it right through a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

Please do not send any items back without contacting us and receiving approval first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed, so changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed. If you notice an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
