SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with The Damn Good Mama Co.

IN-STOCK ORDERS

In-stock orders are processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

PRESALE ORDERS

Presale items are made available for purchase before they are ready to ship. Production generally takes 2–3 weeks after the presale period closes. Once the items arrive and are inspected, please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your order to be packed and shipped.

Estimated timelines may change due to production or carrier delays. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you using the email address provided with your order.

MIXED ORDERS

If an order contains both in-stock and presale items, the entire order will ship together once every item is available. To receive an in-stock item sooner, please place it as a separate order.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY

Available shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates begin after the carrier receives your package and do not include processing or production time.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please confirm your shipping address before completing your purchase. If you notice an error, contact us immediately through our Contact Us page. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order begins processing.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

The Damn Good Mama Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost, marked as delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, please contact us so we can help you determine the appropriate next steps.
